Kindergarten: Admissions are generally open to the KG in the month of December of the previous year

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

 The prospectus and registration form are available on the school website (www.christschooldegwar.edu. in)

 Christ School Management has not authorized anyone outside to sell application forms for registration to Christ Kindergarten.

 We do not collect donations for Registrations/Admissions. So please don’t get misguided by people, by offering donations to them for Registration/Admission.

 The age limit for admission to Nursery is between 2.5 to 3.5years (as on 31 March of the ongoing academic year)

 All those who have registered online application will be given a time and date for interaction with the principal via e-mail/SMS

 The decision of the Principal will be final in matters regarding the tests

 Registration forms will be processed by the school authorities and admission given to candidates will be at the management’s discretion.

 Every candidate seeking admission must be introduced in person by the parent or guardian.

 Registration does not guarantee admission.

 The selection of the students is the prerogative of the School Management as it reserves. This right, is not bound to give reasons for admission or non-admission to any applicant.

 Failure to turn up for the admission at the appointed time, furnishing incomplete or wrong information and disregard for the rules and regulations of the school will result in the forfeiture of the right to admission/continuation

 The admission should be renewed when the students are enrolled in class I and class IX.

 No student will be admitted to the school without a discharge certificate from the school last attended.

 The admitted students are required to fill in the Admission Form and also remit the annual fee and the tuition fee for three months immediately. They should produce the following documents at the time of admission.

 Copy of Date of Birth Certificate from a competent authority (Municipality/ Police station)

 Copy of Student’s Aadhar Card

 Aadhar card copy of both father and mother

 Part II order copy (For parents serving in Army)

 The particulars given at the time of admission will not be changed later (Name, Date of Birth, and Parentage)
